In order to better serve our Customers and Trainers more efficiently, Charlotte's Saddlery is currently updating our Trainer List. We believe using social media and internet communication would be a more effective means of keeping up with you, and also, for you to keep up with us.
We will now require all trainers presently enrolled in our system to update their information on an annual basis. In order to do that, we have provided a couple of convenient options. You can complete the enclosed Trainer Registration Form and return it to us by mail or in person at any of our store locations. Or, you can update your Trainer status here using the form below. Registration forms are always available at both stores.
Your prompt reply renews your Trainer status. We understand that you may consider some of your students' information confidential. In that case, you do not need to include their addresses, phone numbers or emails.
By renewing your registration annually, you will continue to enjoy all the perks we offer to the registered Trainers in our system including a Trainer discount and special Gift Card and Drawings at our Annual Sales. Of course, we are always ready to meet any individual tack, apparel or training equipment needs you or your students may require throughout the year.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our ability to provide our valued Trainers and Customers a satisfying shopping experience at Charlotte's Saddlery with everything they need for riding, except the horse!
