All U.S. orders are shipped either UPS, Federal Express, or USPS ground service. For additional charges, we offer 3-day, 2-day, and next day air service. Rush deliveries must be received before 2:00 PM CDT.

Your satisfaction is important to us! If any product from us does not meet your expectations we want to know about it. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it in the original package in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please include the original receipt with your name and/or order# and return inside a shipping box. Any supplements, pharmacy item or horse treats may not be returned once opened!
