We ship UPS and US Postal Service unless otherwise specified.  Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours.  If item is not in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks on back-ordered items.  Custom and Special Order items can take 4-8 weeks.  We ship Monday – Friday.

RETURNS

 

Your satisfaction is important to us! If any product you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, we want to know about it. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it in its original packaging, in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase.  Please include your original receipt with your name and/or order # and return inside a shipping box.  Any supplement, pharmacy item or horse treats may not be returned once opened. Credits, (minus shipping charges), will be applied to the original credit card used for purchase.  Please ship returns to:

SADDLE RETURN POLICY

 

We know how important it is for your saddle to fit both the horse and the rider. You may try out your saddle for 4 days from the date received before making a final decision. If returning a saddle, it needs to be returned in the same condition in which you received it.  Always use a clean saddle pad and wrap your stirrup leathers. Never oil the saddle unless you’ve decided to keep it.  Please contact us if you have a lame horse or inclement weather which delays your ability to try the saddle.  If we do not hear from you, we assume you have decided to keep the saddle.  If there are marks or any damage on a return saddle, there may be a damage fee.
