Help support your horse’s hoof health and maximize their comfort with Absorbine Magic Cushion Xtreme Hoof Packing. This hoof packing provides fast, soothing relief for overworked, overheated hooves. It may help relieve symptoms associated with hoof concussion and trauma, and helps calm sole and frog inflammation and soreness. It doesn’t contain any substances currently prohibited by USEF or FEI. This fast-acting packing can be used as needed, or you can pack it under a shoe and pad (sold separately) and leave it in place through the shoeing cycle.
Active Ingredients: Turpentine 27%, Iodine 0.12%.
Inactive Ingredients: Natural Leather Fiber, Rosin.
Instructions: Thoroughly clean all areas of the sole using a hoof pick and a wire brush if necessary. Packing must come in direct contact with sole to be effective. Use an amount of hoof packing that is sufficient to cover the sole and sulci of the frog 1/2 inch in depth. Apply hoof packing evenly over the entire sole. After application, wrap with a material that will keep the hoof packing in place.
